The Chargeback Management Processing Solution (CMPS) from Global Risk Technologies™ will offer acquirers or merchants a comprehensive solution for managing the full chargeback process. Global Risk Technologies™ will utilize this technology platform and services under a white label agreement to offer similar services to acquirers and on-line merchants in EMEA to those offered in the USA.

Constantly striving to strengthen our management team we have recruited Colum Rafferty as our international Business Development Director to spearhead our entry into the EMEA Region. Colum brings over 35 years of payments industry experience with Blue Chip industry players such as TSYS, e-Funds, SEMA Group, Card Tech and most recently for 6 years with Sysnet Global Solutions who are well known to MasterCard.  Our international team will expand over the next few months in our newly established European HQ based in Dublin, Ireland. Overview of our Chargeback Management Processing Solution “CMPS”

Chargeback issues are the Achilles Heel to many online merchants. Most merchants are not set up to proactively handle the issue of chargebacks; they become very frustrated with the loss of revenues and time associated with handling this very time-consuming and expensive issue. Our process relieves merchants of the activity of handling this matter in its entirety.

We provide response and resolution services for chargebacks and cardholder disputes. Our resolution service is provided as an interface for cardholder institutions to use. It communicates directly with the merchant by instantly obtaining a refund for a transaction that was at risk of becoming a chargeback dispute (the customer calling their bank to contest a charge from the merchant).

Merchant Training

A Chargeback processing executive training course can be aimed at management and business owners who although not directly responsible for the implementation of particular controls may have overall responsibility for compliance, governance or risk.

This course will typically have the following objectives:

  • To provide a high level understanding of the chargeback process as they relate to the client in business and operational terms
